Valentine's Day Cooking Class

Mary Ferreira of Ferreira Foods a renowned Salem chef and caterer will be presenting a cooking class/demonstration of a scrumptious Valentine Day dinner at the historic Emmerton House. 

The menu will include a field green salad focusing on a homemade herb elderflower dressing, a pan seared salmon with an orange thyme sauce and finishing with a berry galette for two.  

A wine a pairing is included with wine provided by Salem Wine Import.  

The events includes the aforementioned menu to be served with the wine pairing.

The Woman’s Friend Society provides affordable housing for women in the historic Emmerton House.
